Sweet Potato Soufflé

3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon salt

Combine and pour into buttered pan. Top with

1 cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
½ stick butter, melted

Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes or until the topping is browned.
