Sausage Cheese Balls

(My mother used to make these up ahead of time to serve the kids, while she was busy in the kitchen fixing the holiday meal.
Kids of all ages love them!)

3 cups biscuit mix
1 lb pork sausage
10 oz grated cheddar cheese
NOTE: mixture will be dry and crumbly

Mix together and shape into small balls. Freeze on cookie sheet, then transfer to large plastic bag and return to freezer. When
ready, bake on cookie sheeet in 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until light brown.
