Cheesy Potatoes

8 to 10 Idaho Potatoes -
boil till partially done

2 cups sour cream

1 lb cheddar cheese grated

1 onion grated

Grate Potatoes & add onion,
half of grated cheese, sour cream

put into baking dish.

put remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 350° for 45 min to 1 hour
