Cat Cookies

1 cup wholewheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour
1 tsp Catnip, finely chopped
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp wheatgerm
1/3 cup powdered milk
1 tbsp unsulphurated molasses
2 tbsp Butter or vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the molasses, egg, oil and milk and knead to a dough. Roll out flat and place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet, mark dough into small, cat bite-sized pieces.

Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely, break into pieces and and store in tightly sealed container.
