If you have lost a pet within the last 30 days, or know someone who has, please fill out the form below. The Critters' Garden will then create a Comfort Page for the pet owner, which will be a full web site with several pages of sympathy gifts, as well as sympathy wishes from the Critters' Garden members. We will also create a memorial plaque and place it on the memorial page. The pet owner MUST be a member of WOSIB to receive these services. NOTE: If you have a photograph of the pet that has passed away, please email it to Dianne so that we can use it in the memorial plaque and pages!

Request a Pet Memorial Plaque

If you have lost a pet within any period of time we will gladly make a memorial plaque for your pet and put it on the memorial page, and send it to the pet owner.
You do not need to be the owner of the pet to request these, we accept requests from friends of the owner.
